Yoly is responsible for all internal dispatch duties, adjuster credentialing, and management of CAIS data. She also has a primary role in servicing our Citizens Afterhours Dispatch program.

Experience: Yoly has been working for LIA for over 15 years. Yoly is a licensed adjuster and has been our dispatch supervisor for over four years. She monitors incoming assignments, assigns, all new claims, and handles reassignments. Yoly ensures that the right adjuster for the claim is assigned, while load balancing to keep the team busy at all times. Her computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, make quick decisions, exercise good judgment, and think rationally, make her highly effective in a fast-paced and demanding environment.”
