Norma is responsible for managing residential, commercial, and liability claims and the dedicated desk and field adjusters who service the claims. She also assists with coverage analysis, reviews of large losses, and client and customer contact for the resolution of daily issues.

Experience: Norma has over 40 years of experience in the claims field. Her experience includes Branch Manager, P&C Adjuster, and Residential Field Adjuster. In 2004, she joined LIA and has worked as a Liability Adjuster, Subrogation Specialist, Large Loss Examiner, and presently as our Daily Claims Manager overseeing the Managed Claim Models and Non-Weather Water Claims.
