Mike Schwarz is responsible for the oversight of Claim Operation for LIA.  Duties include leadership of Non-Cat Claim and Catastrophe Response for Desk and Field Adjusting, Training, Quality Assurance,  and Adjuster Recruitment.

Experience: Mike has 24 years in the insurance industry. His experience includes Catastrophe Claim Director, Catastrophe and Non-Catastrophe Claim Manager, Litigation Claim Manager, Large Loss Manager and Operations Manager. Mike previously led Vendor Quality Assurance and Catastrophe Operations in the Construction and Emergency Mitigation Industry.  He is a Veteran of the United States Army and served as a Cavalry Scout with deployments to Operation Desert Storm and for the NATO Stabilization Force in Bosnia.
