Michael joined the Lozano Insurance Adjusters (LIA) team in 2023 as a Desk Adjuster. In 2024, he joined the Lozano management team as the field manager, overseeing the operations of the field adjusters, serving as a contact point for our clients, and ensuring that the work produced by our field team meets or exceeds our client’s quality assurance standards. Having been a field adjuster for over three years and working in construction management for over 20 years, Michael can ensure our work is in line with the latest industry trends and standards. As a former flight medic for the USAF, Michael works well in stressful situations and will triage any claim issues quickly to provide the best service to our clients.

Experience: With a construction management background of over 20 years, Michael transitioned into insurance adjusting in 2017. Starting as a field adjuster, Michael traveled the country handling large loss and catastrophe claims for multiple carriers. His knowledge of buildings allowed him to excel in this industry. In 2019, Michael was hired as the field operations manager for a Florida carrier, oversaw the day-to-day operations of the staff field adjusters, and was the contact point for their TPA firm field adjusters in catastrophes. As a leader with expertise in daily claims, catastrophe claims, and large loss claims, Michael will ensure that our clients will receive the highest customer satisfaction.
