Lisette is responsible for executive oversight at LIA. As client liaison, she also assists in developing, maintaining, and implementing directives from the client. Lisette oversees the Customer Service and Claims Support staff to ensure the attainment of objectives, productivity, adherence to company policies and procedures, and fulfillment of customer service expectations.

Experience: Lisette Lozano began her career in the insurance industry in 1980. In 1991, Lisette was hired by the Florida Department of Insurance-Rehabilitation and Liquidation Department as Assistant Deputy Receiver. Since then, she has worked as an Accounting Manager, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer for various insurance entities. In 2002, Lisette and Frank Lozano started Lozano Insurance Adjusters, Inc., servicing various insurance companies. Lisette’s experience with private insurers and the Florida Department of Insurance provides a unique insight into the needs of the client. That experience is utilized to provide the highest quality service to clients.
