Throughout her career, Lisa has demonstrated exceptional expertise in multi-line claims adjusting, litigation management, and program leadership. Her extensive background in handling complex claims, including litigated and catastrophe-related losses, makes her a valuable asset to LIA’s commitment to excellence in claims management.

Experience:
Lisa has held key roles in the industry, serving as a Program Manager, where she strategically placed adjusters, trained teams on carrier processes, and oversaw daily operations. Prior to that, she was a Litigation Specialist and Corporate Representative for Florida Citizens, managing thousands of hurricane-related suits and successfully settling over 100 depositions without trial. Her expertise also extends to large-loss adjusting, total loss examinations, and mediation, having worked for multiple carriers across numerous states.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
