Claims Supervisor

Linda joined Lozano Insurance Adjusters (LIA) in 2014 and served as a Daily Examiner, Catastrophe Supervisor, Trainer and as the Managed Claim Team Lead.  She currently serves as our Claim Supervisor over our Managed Care Models and Non-Weather Water claims.  Linda works closely with our Desk Adjusters and our Field Adjusting Teams.  She takes great care ensuring that our work product meets or exceeds Customer Quality Assurance standards along with Investigation requirements while concurrently making sure that reports are submitted with correct XactAnalysis documents, letters and notes.  Linda responds daily to inquiries from customers and their insureds while providing solutions and the information necessary to move assignments rapidly towards completion and closure.

Experience: Linda has over 30 years of experience with property claims during which time she served as an independent Field Adjuster for tornadoes, hail/wind, large losses and liability claims. For thirteen years, Linda served as a Team Lead overseeing daily and catastrophe assignments. Linda was also an in-house QA Reviewer at Citizens for eleven months when the pilot for the Managed Claim Model program was initiated.  During Hurricane Irma in 2017, Linda served as an in-house Claims Supervisor over Desk Adjusters at Citizens.  Linda is proficient in Word, Excel, Xactimate, XactAnalysis and Claim Center.
