Since joining LIA, she has served as Property Claims Supervisor, QA and Training Supervisor, and most recently, Claims Manager. Her profound understanding of the claims process, commitment to quality assurance, honed communication skills, and strong leadership abilities are a testament to her success in the management of in-house teams and projects and in fostering collaboration, driving performance, and achieving organizational goals.

Experience:
Jackie’s career in the insurance claims industry spans over thirty years. She began her journey in a longstanding position with a leading Nationwide Carrier where she developed a solid foundation for the effective claims management of a diverse range of loss types including daily and catastrophe property claims, mobile homes, large/total losses, flood, appraisal, business interruption, commercial, mediation, and liability. Notably, she also served on their National Catastrophe Team which required her to travel extensively across the United States servicing field losses of significant magnitude. Her well-established background is a testament to her proficiency, dedication, and unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in the field.
