Initially, Heather worked for Lozano Insurance Adjusters (LIA) as a Desk Adjuster and quickly advanced into the position of Claims Examiner working directly for one of our customers.   Heather currently serves as a Claims Supervisor over The Appraisal Field Team.  She facilitates both daily and catastrophe claims and lends her talents towards providing a streamlined process resulting in an efficient, accurate and timely completion of assignments.  Heather has an excellent understanding of construction materials which ensures the accuracy of reports and estimates. She continues using her skill base as a Trainer in the development of top tier adjusters for our customers.

Experience: Since 2005, Heather has served the insurance industry in multiple positions as a Desk Adjuster for catastrophe clean up, as an Adjuster for Fast Track assignments, as a Mold Team Lead and as an Adjuster of Condo losses and Mobile Home claims. Heather is also known for her attention to the quick completion of supplements and the application of her extensive knowledge and management skill set to the Appraisal and Litigation of Specialty Claims.
