Chalette joined the Lozano Insurance Adjusters (LIA) team in 2023 as a Desk Adjuster.  In 2024, she joined Lozano as the Staff Supervisor.  Chalette’s roles include roster updates, scheduling, coordinating deployments and communicating to the managers available adjusters for both daily and CAT staffing needs. With her extensive knowledge in various management capacities, her role as Staff Supervisor ensures that all criteria are met and that our team of adjusters is ready to deploy when called upon. Chalette’s dedication to the industry and its standards is what makes her an asset to the LIA team.

Experience: Chalette’s prior experience consisted of managing a locally owned and operated company in her hometown, where she also handled auto claims, working closely with multiple carriers. Other experiences included large loss RV claims and commercial vehicle claims. Chalette is a licensed all-lines adjuster in multiple states and has worked for a variety of homeowner carriers handling desk claims for Catastrophes and Daily losses. Chalette’s knowledge of construction, claims handling, versatility, and time management are vital parts of our company.
