Susan is responsible for introducing Lozano Insurance Adjusters to Insurance Companies, Mutuals, Government Entities, Self Insured Corporations and Associations. She also serves these groups by assisting in the identification of service areas that are reducing ROI and affecting retention rates of employees and insureds. Her solutions have created more efficient operations with significantly improved results for the customers and their employees.

Experience: Susan began her career with an international service company as a risk consultant for workers compensation programs and long term disability claims. Her customers experienced fewer loses, more efficient processes, a steady workforce, litigation support and a greater ROI. After managing five branch offices in two separate states, Susan began using her proclivity for cost containment to ensure property and liability adjusting services met and exceeded the needs of insurance companies, mutuals and government entities. Susan continues to utilize her experiences to support and deliver the level of adjusting services that create solutions and provides significant returns for our customers.
