Sean is responsible for the executive oversight and management of all claims. He works closely with LIA managers to ensure proper handling of all claims. Sean monitors examiner and adjuster severity, capacity, and production. He identifies trends and works with the Quality Assurance Unit to develop training opportunities and operational enhancements.

Catastrophe responsibilities include management of catastrophe-related events and year-round development, maintenance, coordination, and implementation of catastrophe response efforts with the Catastrophe Operations Management Team.

As client liaison, he also assists in developing, maintaining, and implementing directives from the client.

Experience: Sean has over 27 years of experience in the insurance industry. His most recent experience was as a carrier Claims Director. His experience includes Catastrophe Claims Manager, Large Loss Manager, and Operations Manager. Management duties included residential, commercial, mobile home, litigation, liability, and auto. Sean also has Vendor Operations Management experience.
