Mike Schwarz is responsible for the oversight of catastrophe claim operations for LIA. Duties include Non-Cat claim management, recruitment and training of adjusters and examiners, monitoring workflow during a catastrophe and securing resources necessary to handle the large number of claims generated. Mike also manages Field Operations during Catastrophe Response.

Experience: Mike has 24 years in the insurance industry. His experience includes Catastrophe Claim Director, Catastrophe and Non-Catastrophe Claim Manager, Litigation Claim Manager, Large Loss Manager and Operations Manager. Mike previously led Vendor Quality Assurance and Catastrophe Operations in the Construction and Emergency Mitigation Industry.
