Jackie joined the Lozano Insurance Adjusters (LIA) team in 2010, marking over a decade of dedicated service to the company. Since joining LIA, she has served as a Property Claims Supervisor where her leadership in this role ensured that clients received efficient and effective support during the claims process. In 2017, Jackie transitioned into the role of QA and Training Supervisor, where she plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to quality standards within our organization. Jackie’s expertise, commitment to excellence, and dedication to serving clients make her an invaluable member of the Lozano team.

Experience: Jackie’s wealth of experience in the insurance claims industry spans over three decades.  As a seasoned veteran, her background in the field underscores her profound understanding of the claims process, honed communication skills, and strong leadership capabilities. While she excels in various areas, her primary expertise lies in first-party claims with extensive experience handling a diverse range of loss types involving daily and catastrophe residential property claims, mobile homes, large/total losses, flood, business interruption, commercial, and mediation. Notably, she also served on a National Catastrophe team for a nationwide company that required her to travel extensively across the country servicing field losses of significant magnitude. Her longstanding career in the industry is a testament to her proficiency, dedication, and unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in her field.
